Managing Estates

The Society is committed to maintaining the quality of estates to a high standard, creating a good environment for residents. To achieve this it will be necessary to undertake regular estate inspections and to score the quality of the estate against an agreed standard. The Society will ensure that estate services provide value for money (VFM).

We inspect our estates or groups of properties at least 4 times a year and we invite Residents to join us and share their views. See our Calender of events for the date of your next estate inspection.

Our Caretaking team are on site regularly to keep the communal areas clean and tidy and they report any issues that they notice back to our Housing team.

In some areas Residents act as Estate Champions for us and bring any issues or compliments to our attention. if you wish to be a champion please see our getting involved section for more details.
